Do Jehovah's Witnesses follow the dietary restrictions of Deuteronomy and Leviticus?

I am doing a sociological, ethnographic study with a group of Jehovah's Witnesses in my local area. They are very open about their quest to follow the scriptures literally as they believe it to be the literal word of God, scribed but not contamminated by man. Therefore, I was wondering whether there is a Watchtower doctrine regarding dietary restrictions, as certain foods are clearly prohibited in Deuteronomy 14 and Leviticus 11. These are the same scriptures that are used to fortify the Jewish laws regarding Kosher and Treif foods; that is no pork, no crustaceans etc And if there is no Watchtower doctrine on this subject, can anyone help me to understand why not? I hope you can help! Thanks xx
