How can I permanently paint my snowboarding pants?

I don't think this is a good idea. Snowboard pants are usually made of nylon or polyester and usually made waterproof, so liquids, are designed to slide off them. Painting them would probably make them stiff and hard to wash. and the spray paint would look ugly. trust me. there is no way to solidly change the color of your snowboard pants by painting them. I suggest trying a really heavy dye that would byp the waterproof of the pants.
