Help me choose between a Les Paul and Stratocaster >.<?

I myself have a Les Paul. I used to have a Fender Strat. I would recommend the Les Paul for style and quality, but if you're looking for something that is much lighter (in weight) and easy to play, go with the Stratocaster. Most metal musicians use the Les Paul/Gibson products, as Joey Jordison did when he played in Murderdolls. But Mick Thompson of Slipknot started out with a Fender Strat. I'd say go with what you want, it depends with every person.
