My nephew commited suicide?

Okay so my sister called me early this morning and tld me she was going to kill herself that she couldn't take another day without her son. My nephew (her son) commited suicide ini 1999 at the age of 10...she found him hanging on the tree next to his window. She's gone through alot and she's just no the same anymore. I got her to calm down and went over to her house...I want to hlp her but what can I do she refuses any and every thing I tell her???
