Am i losing weight?

I am having bran flakes for breakfast, (a bowl full) 3 slices of brown bread with ham at lunchtime, with a bannana ,apple, and satsuma, then going back to school then at 43 pm jogging for 30 mins,then having chicken and new potatoes for my dinner, is this enough food to lose weight?My body wont think im starving myself with it will it, and also should i jog longer because i am about 10 pounds overweight and am a boy who is 15, i have 4 months to get some showable abs,please help,also whats better for losing fat around my stomach sprinting or jogging? So i have done this for 3 days now and i must say my stomach feels so clean, i just dont know if im going to lose weight within 4 months am i? and also if i stick to this from being about 10 pounds overweight where will i be in 4 months, so basically how much would i lose, also im drinking a lot of water
