Do people with low self esteem bother you, even if they don't show it? Can you "just tell"?

It does seem that way doesn't it..i don't think people consciously think about it. But on some subconscious level im almost positive they can sense it. It seems that way for me anyway..my self esteem isn't TOO low. Im not about to commit suicide and i don't think im ugly or anything..i;m just not very confident, and those who do have very high self esteems sometimes intimidate me if i don't know them well, and i think they pick up on that somehow.
