Is wisdom itself liberating?

Interesting query. I'd have to agree with a lot of what's already been said. Wisdom itself is not an end in and of itself -it's a means and a tool to live well, prudently and intelligently. That can lead to "liberation", but liberating is a rather non-specific word -context is everything.
