Ive been trying to pull up deviantart chat, but it's not working. ?

i keep getting a message in the bottom left corner that saysplugin:flash (couldnt access javascript)plugin:java (probing)i've updated my internet explorer and java, but nothing is happening yet. any clues? first answer that solves the porblem gets 10 pts, and a very happy deviant!note:please no website or product promotion.
