Missing dll for AIM, how can i fix?

the error message appears when i first log into AIM, and then goes away, but reappears when i try to send an IM to anyone, and then will close AIM completely when i click Ok, the message appears "The ordinal 309 could not be located in the dll iertutil.dll" any advice on how to fix? plz & ty!
