How to deal with an unhygienic husband?

my husband has not bathed in like over a week. and he hasn't shaved in like two weeks. and he gets really hairy if he doesnt shave. yesterday i went to kiss him...and there was a mushroom caught in his beard from pizza two nights ago. it was just ewww. i dont even let him sleep in bed with me anymore. he sleeps on the couch so i cant smell him. but i hear him farting all night long. i dont know why he got so lazy. we jsut got back from our honeymoon a few weeks ago.
