Need to lose 25 pounds by August 26th... please help me!?

I want on a diet to GAIN weight and get stronger by lifting. I started a high Protein Diet, Yogurt, Tune {out of the can}, chicken , ECT and thats all I ate. I LOST 20 lbs in three weeks to a month. It will depend on your body fat but always works for me when I ned to loose a few now.
