Texas seccesion and citizenship question?

ok i want answers from a political standpoint i was born and raised in texas but i haven't lived there for a little over 15 years because of work opportunities if texas were to seccede and give citizenship to its residents do you think i would be able to to go back and claim texan citizenship because i was born and raised there? again im texas born and raised for 23 years i think id be just as entitled to citizenship if they secceded as any other texan and im sure many they would give citizenship to people in texas who probly havent even lived there for 5 years and werent born in texas
