Hi, Was this incident reported only to the police or, was it reported to Children's Services or the Department of Human Services? If it was only reported to the police, they have their own way of investigating something like this. However, if it was reported to DHS, they do a full scale investigation and they turn their findings over to the D.A. also. Their investigation is more intense than the police investigation. Nothing against the police!!! It's just that DHS does these investigations on a daily basis and are very familiar what the D.A. wants and needs in order to pursue charges. They don't look at the events of an investigation in the same light that the police do. Therefore, if it was not reported to DHS, I sure would consider doing so. It sure couldn't hurt a thing!! Also, he does have the right to refuse a polygraph. HOwever, it doesn't look very good on his behalf to do so. My advice is to contact DHS!! JOSA

How can I permanently paint my snowboarding pants?

I don't think this is a good idea. Snowboard pants are usually made of nylon or polyester and usually made waterproof, so liquids, are designed to slide off them. Painting them would probably make them stiff and hard to wash. and the spray paint would look ugly. trust me. there is no way to solidly change the color of your snowboard pants by painting them. I suggest trying a really heavy dye that would byp the waterproof of the pants.

I think I can understand why you are asking that co'z I have the same experience. My son will be 6 months tuesday next week and started waking at night. He sleeps 8pm to 8am until recently when he will sleep at 9-10 and wakes at 5-6 and started crying. Before even when he wakes up, he never fuss and just play and then fall back asleep but right now since recently, thats not the case anymore. Co'z he will scream and scream till I get up to feed him. I don't know if it's growth spurt or he is teething. He will have his 6 month check up this tuesday and will definitely mention it to his doctor. Oh by the way, before when my little one will wake up I never give him bottle co'z he never demand to have it. Good snowboard brand?

How do I unplug my ear?

I'm getting over a cold and one of my ears is plugged. I went to the doctors and I don't have an ear or sinus infection. He said I was just congested, so i took decongestant medicine. It didn't work. It's been plugged for 5 days and I can't really hear out of it. It's popped twice in those five days and it really hurt, but then it immediately plugged back up again. What can I do? It's really annoying.

Weird System Crashes!!?

I have an older ASUS K8N board with an AMD Athlon 64 3400+ CPU. My video card is an EVGA 7600GT 512MB AGP series. This is what I mean about these weird crashes my system will do. Every three or four days my system will crash upon boot-up but in between those days I can shut it down multi times an it won't crash. I have ran MemTest on the ram and no errors there. Also ran a program to test my hard drive for any signs of failure. There were no know issues that came up. So I had my power unit checked on a volt meter and it was fine. I had the Video card tested on another AGP system and still no errors. I also had the CPU tested on another Socket 754 board and it showed no problems either. Also the board show no errors either. Since my hard drive is a SATA drive we tried different SATA cabels to. So can anybody explain to me what in the HELL is going on with my PC. Any an all hel would be gratefull to me. Oh by the way this issue I mentioned started a little over a weeek ago.

i could be wrong but the way I understand it, is popular votes are just for fun. To see who really got the majority and confuse people and make people mad. Electoral votes are the ones that count. They take a popular vote from each state and whoever wins each state, that states electors vote for that person. I don't know if this is completely correct but I do know it is screwed up. Thats why Al Gore didn't become president back in 2000. Coming from oregon I know everyone will vote for Obama, so if I were to vote McCain, it really wouldn't count because my vote wont even make it out of the state because then the electoral college takes over. Whereas, if it was popular votes that counted, then my one little vote would count all the way to the end.

You may have to relinquish temporary custody to a family member until you are finished with basic training and AIT. It's good that you and her mother aren't fighting over her, that will make things a lot easier for you. Once you are in, you will have to come up with a family care plan (i am in the Army and it is required for ANYONE with children) (I can only imagine that it's military-wide) It's very good that you are doing your research before speaking with a recruiter. Go in with a game plan and a list of questions. I am not a parent, but I joined the military at the age of 29. I took 9 months deciding to sign the contract ensuring that I got everything I wanted and that all my questions were answered. If I thought about it, I wrote it down so I could ask it. I too wanted to join the military since I was young. The military is by far the best decision that I ever made for myself. There are so many things that I have done and opportunities that I have had that I would not have had if I hadn't joined. You are never too old to follow your dream and leave the legacy you want to for your daughter. If anything, you are showing her how to be everything she was born to be. Everything that I read in your questions is completely doable, you just need to work the system. If your recruiter isn't meeting standard - find another one. It's your career. Your recruiter should be completely open and honest about everything - no surprises. Ask around - you don't belong to them until you sign on the dotted line. I wish you the best.

There are lines in your writing that are very well done. The problem (and I'm no expert) is that it doesn't flow well. The reader has to labor through some of the lines. Omnicef and Dairy?

I am taking the generic version of omnicef for bronchitis. When I went to the Dr. on Monday, he told me to stay away from dairy for a few days. However, he didn't make a huge point out of it and the medicine bottle says NOTHING about not eating dairy while you are on the medicine.( And I have had medicine bottles that said not to eat dairy) So I am confused. Has anyone taken this before and been given similar instructions? Do you know if you need to just avoid dairy right before or right after taking the medicine or just avoid it altogether.

There is no official Fedral Law requiring restaurants to list the nutrional information of thier menu, alhtough there is a bill in the house to require, especially for fast food restaurants. The only time a restaurant is require by Federal law to list this, is if the menu item advertises a specific benefit to the food, (atkins, south beach ect...) Other than that it is not required. Some states, counties, and even cities are now requiring their restaurants provide nutrional info for all menu items (NYC is one) It may happen soon though, that the federal govement may p this law so keep an eye on your local restaurant menu.

What's this silverfish-like bathroom bug?

I was using my boyfriend's bathroom in his old Capitol Hill studio when I discovered these small silver bugs gliding across the floor as though they were swimming. hmm, i think this is a pretty good deck, and I'd possibly go with changing your tuners to XX-Saber Fuhlemknight. But, you might want to replace some with dark resonator, cuz of his effect to prevent himself from getting destroyed once per turn. Or you could replace some with Krebons, with his effect to give up 800 points to prevent himself from becoming an attack target. You also might want to add more trap cards like sakuretsu armor and magic cylinder. But its a good deck so good luck :D

10 years ago I had an affair, it was caught before we had . I apologized within deep in my heart for days and promised her it would never happen again. It hasn't but she will not forgive me, keeps it all inside, and she thinks all I do on the computer now is look for dates. I love my wife of 24 years with all my heart, but this slither of anger betrayal hate has grown a little more each year and now she wants out - just like a switch. They say time heals, but in this case it has been the opposite. We still hug, we still kiss (not pionettly) and we still treat each other with the utmost respect. I see only 2 options 1) get counseling that can resolve this 2) live together unhappy. WE are presently getting counseling but so far has not helped, it is in the early stages of counseling. I love her and would give my life for her to just trust us, but that part of her life has been eaten away thru the years.

hypnotized by his words? Or just bored?? Could be a form of ADD. I do that. Or if I'm in a place where the energy is shifting or becomes really emotional (I'm sensitive that way), then the energy coming at me can become overwhelming for me, and I tend to space off and tune out the person I'm talking to until I get a better handle on the energy I'm soaking up. If it was me and I had $15,000 almost laying around, i'd buy a 2005 or 6 Honda anything that's been well kept and spend under $10,000 for it. A Honda Element isn't want you were looking for by the description, but its a SUPER useful car. Sure, people will ask you for favors by helping them move stuff all the time, but just consider it a social vehicle. Its easy to park, fits 4 people or you can use it to move!

It does seem that way doesn't it..i don't think people consciously think about it. But on some subconscious level im almost positive they can sense it. It seems that way for me anyway..my self esteem isn't TOO low. Im not about to commit suicide and i don't think im ugly or anything..i;m just not very confident, and those who do have very high self esteems sometimes intimidate me if i don't know them well, and i think they pick up on that somehow.

it come to a black screen and then says load windows xp or xp safe mode i think and the it changes to another black screen stating last startup was not successful it gives me the option to either tart windows normally or last known good configuration it doesn't matter which one i choose windows xp starts to load and then it says monitor turning off and starts the process over by itself i installed no new software or hadware i stepped on the plug maybe and it turned off but the plug isntisn't problem i changed it and still does the same thing help
